Entertainment One Ltd EGM Statement

Further to the announcement on 7 July 2008 of the Company's planned acquisitions of BarnaAlper Productions Inc., Blueprint Entertainment Corporation, Oasis Pictures Inc. and Maximum Canada (together the "Acquisitions"), and the creation of new Class S shares in the share capital of the Company, the Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were passed.
The Acquisitions are expected to be completed on or around 31 July 2008.
Terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement released by the Company on 7 July 2008.
